One of secret food which we know frequently and famously is “ Fried Tofu ” .The special point is in the time of the tofu into your mouth. The crisp and soft feeling are full of your mouth and the sense of taste nerve. Therefore, how to make the real palace secret food is the topic today. There are some point which is preparing the materials, dealing with the tofu, moistening the corn flour , and allocating the sauce you should need to do.
The staff you need before you cooking is food materials and cooking tools. The first is food materials, when you go to market, there are something that you should buy. One is a box of soft tofu , a box of corn flour and, a box of cheese powder ,a box of sugar, a lemon, a cup of orange juice. Second is the cooking tools, it contains 700c.c cup, a tablespoon, a chopsticks, two dishes, a small dish, a tong, and a wok. If you have these staff, you will have ability to begin.

After you prepare the materials, now ,you should deal with the tofu. The dofu is a big block, you should to cut off them into chunk . Before you cut off the dofu, please put them into the cold water leads it to be stronger. After this process, you can cut the tofu by easily .

Continue to the second step, moistening the corn flour. In this step, you should ues the cup of your cooking tools. Then, measuring half a cup of corn flour, half a cup of cheese powder, and one and half cup of water. Before frying, The dofu should be sprinkled with the flour .When you finish this process, the tofu which is soaked with flour can put into the oil wok, and heat it up till the color changing from white to golden. During the process the crisp tasting appear by fragrantly.

The next step which is allocating the sauce is the final and most important step. In this step, you should measure 2 tablespoon of sugar, half tablespoon of corn flour and half of lemon(compress it to get the juice), and one-third cup orange juice, then stir them together. After you finishing frying tofu, put it into the finished sauce and move into your mouth. Remember don’t eat to fast when you eating the food, let the heaven’s tasting full your mouth and taste nerve for a long time.

Today our class had a practicing in final, teacher wrote an article toptic to us .
And she gave us 30 minutesto finish this job. After 5 minutes, My brain was still
in vacuum . I had no idea about the toptic. Therefore, I felt my job that was in dangerous.
So, I think I need to do more practice about writting.
